Pro Annual Pass

You can cancel your Pro Annual Pass at any time from the Account page. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Pro Lifetime Pass

Pro Lifetime is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you've created fewer than 5 reimbursement requests since purchase. After that, it is non-refundable.

Credit Packs

Unused credit-pack credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once you've used more than 20% of the credits in a pack, the purchase is non-refundable.

Email support@fastreimburse.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
